Fibula
osseo-cutaneous microvascular flap is raised. The fibula bone
was osteotomized at multiple sides and was screwed to the
pre-bent reconstruction plate.

plate with the fibula bone graft positioned and then screwed
to the remaining mandible on either side. Microvascular anastamosed
was done.
